Macarons! This particular cookie has been causing me sleepless nites, tears and sweat. I don't think that I have ever been this obsessed with getting a recipe right. Its just that each time i make a macaron recipe, the results are totally different. I 've read like so many blogs on how to get a nice looking macaron but i still have not mastered it. And so, just last week after using up about 600 gm of almond meal, i called it quits. And the funny thing is, today, i have decided that i will try again. Just separated the egg whites this morning to rest them for a couple of day. Wish me luck! Here are some of the macs that i did which turned out ok.
