Frambozen Kenari

First time trying to bake frambozen kenari. Recipe from Azlita Masam Manis. Used up the Ispahan jam from Pierre Herme which has been sitting in the fridge. Tastes good but base kinda crumbly. Next time need to add egg to the shortbread dough.
