Golf theme cake

Two tier golf theme cake ordered by Joyce from Unicef as a surprise for her dear hubby. All props except the golfer is made from fondant. Cake is decorated using buttercream. Thanks for your order Joyce. I really enjoyed decorating the cake.

40th birthday cake

Total weight of cake is 5 kg. Bottom tier 10" round (3.5kg) and top tier (1.5kg). Thanks for your order Pam. Hope Bernard liked his cake. The figurine is made from pastillage, fondant and gumpaste.
