Opera cake

Hi there. Anyone want to taste some delicious Opera cake? I'm taking orders now. Price is RM130 for a 5 x 11 inch rectangular cake.  For those who are not sure what an Opera cake is,  it's a type of French cake. It is made with layers of almond sponge (known as Joconde in French) soaked in coffee syrup, layered with ganache and coffee buttercream , and covered in a chocolate glaze. Simply heaven!
